WHERE CAN JDC TAKE YOU?
Being part of a JDC Academy means more than weekly practice. Players become part of a worldwide youth darts network with structured grading, rankings, development pathways and opportunities to progress from local competition toward regional, national and international events.
ACADEMY RANKINGS
Weekly academy sessions contribute to player grading, rankings and qualification opportunities, giving players clear goals and a structured path to progress.
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
JDC Academy seasons include qualification opportunities for the JDC World Championship, giving young players a pathway toward international competition.
SUPER 16
Players can work toward qualification for the JDC Super 16 through the Academy Order of Merit and qualifying events.
JUNIOR WORLD MASTERS
Later academy seasons provide qualification opportunities for the Winmau Junior World Masters, opening another route into major junior darts competition.
The JDC pathway can take players from their local academy into a global darts community, with opportunities to compete, develop and earn their way toward some of junior darts' biggest stages.
How it works
JDC GRADING & TESTING
JDC Academies use a structured grading and development system designed to reward progress, consistency and achievement. Weekly academy sessions contribute to player grading, rankings and qualification opportunities.
PLAY & SCORE
Players take part in regular academy sessions where their performances are recorded through the JDC academy scoring system.
BUILD YOUR GRADE
Results and performances from weekly sessions contribute toward a player's JDC grading and development throughout the season.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
The system gives players clear goals and a way to see their development, consistency and competitive progress over time.
EARN OPPORTUNITIES
Academy rankings can lead to qualification opportunities for major JDC events, including the World Championship, Super 16 and Winmau Junior World Masters.
